REFUNDS/RETURNS (IF APPLICABLE)
We follow a customer-friendly policy for refunds or returns of your orders.
In case of defected or damaged orders
You may apply for return or exchange of your order in case the received product is defective, different or damaged. You must raise this issue by writing to us at email@example.com along with required proof within 72 hours of the receipt of the order. Please share good quality images of the received order as a proof.
Kindly ensure the product/order is new, unused and unopened.
In case of product related issues
In case product quality related issue like taste different or any related concern, customers are requested to raise request at firstname.lastname@example.org within 6 working days of the receipt of the product along with product details
Please note, all returns or exchanges must be included in original packaging and accompanied by a copy of the order invoice or receipt.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or replacement.
In case of refund, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
CANCELLATION OF ORDER
Cancellations have to be made within maximum 24 hours of placing an order. A formal email specifying the order number has to be sent to us within 24 hours of placing the order. However, cancellation of an order will not be accepted if the order has been processed and dispatched. The customer agrees that the company’s decision is final in accepting or denying the cancellation request. To cancel your order, you send us an email on email@example.com with your order details and we’ll cancel it promptly.
EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
There is no exchange available.
Damage to the product or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses voids our guarantee, so please be sure to double-check addresses. The customer will then be responsible for the charges of a new order.
To return your product, you should ship product to: Duncans Tea Ltd, B-90-90A Teachers Colony,Laxmi Dharam kanta Gali,Nr BadaliStn Crossing,BawanaRd ,Samaypur Industrial Area DELHI, Delhi 110042, India.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Please use a trackable method for return shipping, and for we are not responsible for any returned items that do not make it back to our depot.
Please send an email with the tracking number of the return shipment to firstname.lastname@example.org . We will not accept any packages sent without authorization, any shipments received that have not been authorized will be refused/shipped back.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
Refund process takes 5-7 working days. We still encourage you to follow with your bank account service provider. In case of payment made through credit card, you may check with credit card service provider for confirmation.

PRODUCT DAMAGED CONDITION/ PAST ITS EXPIRY DATE
It is very unlikely that you will receive a product beyond its expiration date or in a damaged condition. In such a case, we will accept the return of such products and would ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you at no additional cost if available or refund your money for the same if the same product is not available. Please make sure that the original product and receipt is saved in order to make such returns.
Please send us an email on firstname.lastname@example.org with the image/photo of the invoice copy or the order number, the damaged/expiry dated products with 48 hours after the product has been delivered to your address mentioned while filling in your details.
